Take London for example- a city known as Europe's Dining capital (until Brexit, ofcourse- a whole different matter we won’t get into right now).
If there is one thing Londoners would agree on- it would be that it's impossible to predict British weather. The city can see upto 4 seasons in a day- with rain being a constant threat.
Even New York has been experiencing a string of ill-timed thunderstorms amid a scorching heatwave with people calling the weather "totally insane".
