BUT something I also noticed is how people are getting in touch with how they FEEL.
Bad mood and finish an entire box of Oreos? Yeah, we all do it, and it’s such a vibe killer- it messes with your mood BIG time.
PS. I met up with a girlfriend in Paris at Noir (also, one of my fav cafes in the city) who just has a coffee for lunch!
An expresso, a bar of dark chocolate, and that will be all, thank you ✌🏻
I think when people read about this diet it seems like kind of a glam 70s supermodel Coffee-and-no-Carbs kind of thing, or like it would feel luxurious to shoot back caffeine at every meal and it might distract you from how little you’re eating.
It does NOT feel that way. It feels effing AWFUL.
