The Don't Buy list: Cult-favorite brands to NOT buy + Why overpriced skincare sucks
Plus, My Autumn Pinterest board, how August is all about transitioning into a new chapter and Wine & Olives balmy evenings
Hi everyone,
It's said that “August is the last full month of Summer,” reminding us to enjoy this final stretch with a mix of fun, relaxation and getting ready for what's next.
Some of you spent your Wednesday afternoons at Harry’s Bar having Vanilla Meringue cakes, Lemon sorbets & Peach Bellinis 🍰.. While, some of you didn't have any trips to Europe or lakeside Airbnb rentals this summer- NO biggie. Both are good. We don’t judge.
We’re in the final week of August now and August is all about transitioning into the second half of the year- preferably with a stylist twist to keep it cool. 👌
PS. From a cheeseburger to a fruit salad.. Just like this time of year 👇🏻
Transitioning ;)
In today’s newsletter:
-The DON’T BUY List: something that EVERYONE bought (including 90% of my own friends) that is the biggest waste of money
-I bought a $390 face cream loved by celebs like Kim Kardashian. Is it worth it? Absolutely not. DO NOT BUY.
-The BUY List: A new brand totally worth the investment- I haven’t been able to find a high-street version with the same effect tbh
-A picture that went viral on social media that spoke to me and reminded me of what’s truly important

Cowboy Boots: Isabel Marant (link here) They make these every season and they’re actually very comfy. The suede is very durable and its super THICK (which is all I look for when I buy suede anything)
Plus, here are a few fashion looks that I'm OBSESSED with right now plus a few looks of my own.
