Who says The Future is Female? If the largest drugstore in the US can take a bet on men, so can we!
CVS will now stock a make up line specifically for men in 2000 of it’s stores across the country. This might be largest push for Men’s cosmetics to go commercial- a user base which has long been neglected.
Research shows that Google searches for “men’s makeup” has increased by a staggering 70% this past decade!👨🏻💻
Furthermore, Luxury e-commerce brand for men- Mr Porter in a recent interview for The Standard claimed :
“This year we have seen an increased number of searches for ‘make-up’ on-site, particularly for concealers and bronzers,” - Sam Kershaw, Buying Manager of Mr Porter.
With all the changes going on in 2020 ,this might be another one- except for the better & towards a more open-minded future.
