The maker of Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream says his global workforce of 155,000 employees will never go back to the office full-time. Rather, they will adopt a work model of splitting time between home and the office.

Jope also highlighted the “rise of e-everything” during the pandemic:
“People are e-browsing, e-buying, e-paying, e-media-consuming and we expect that will continue,” he said. “We can rely on people’s use of technology to stick around.”, The Guardian.
Our Thoughts: We've all thought it, we knew it may happen but is remote work truly liberating for the entire workforce?
Personally, we would struggle with this reality if we were new graduates.
Remote work can be convenient for some, but it's hard to ignore the pitfalls of little-to-no-human contact for fresh College grads looking to launch their careers.
